[Resolved]  Overline India (Http: / / Www.overlineindia.com) — Worst Webhosting services

Hi,

i would like to launch a complain regarding the worst hosting company OVERLINE INDIA (http://www.overlineindia.com) ever established in this world...Firstly they trick you by providing cheapest webhosting services ever...and once you buy hosting frm them its 99.9% server down time and when you complain they would reply saying that the server is up and running...the support department is the worst live chat doesnt work and if anyone comes in ti does knw english and doesnt have any techincal knowledge...They tricked me by provide cheap windows serevr which never works no refund given and now i hav to register domains through them...now they have blocked my server and websites since 3 days bcoz some edit uploaded nulled scripts which OVERLINE india initially used to provide on thier website as ecommerce templates and job portals...Its almost 2 days i am jst creating tickets and tickets but no reply from their side...PLZ PLZ DONT OPT FOR THEIR HOSTING SERVICES AND FALL INTO TROUBLE...

Web Hosting / Site — Refund for the Web Hosting from Yahoo

We have wrongly made a payment of Web Hosting to Yahoo instead for Web Site in August 2008. Which within 6 days informed the same to them after searching for their customer number which was not asily locateable then, now they have made lots of changes after our complaint.
We have asked them to refund for the Web Hosting and out intention was Web Site buying.
The refund was confirmed after rigorous follow up with their customer care, and now they are neither paying back nor they are responding properly. Now even being under the category of the small business customer are not allowed to speak to their customer care the time we dial the number displayed we get the pre feeded message of communicate on mails.
Whereas on the mails we are not getting any responsible replies other then their billing department is still working on it.

We request for the refund to be made at an urgent. Or kindly guide us on how can we file a case against Yahoo and get justice for my complaints as not been resolving our issue.

I am from Overline India itself, nobody will allow you nulled scripts on shared hosting, If you had a little knowledge about the nulled scripts and had your own server, you would have never made these experiments. The portals we used to sale were open source, We just used to make some modifications and Sale. As far as our Live chat & ticket systems are concern, We are available 24x7 and any of person who reads this tread may check it by visiting our site. NObody in this world would like to have a SPAMMER on server. +91 [protected] this is my direct phone no., lets face to face. dont try to mislead the people by making such these stupid comments. We have back up of thousands of satisfied clients with us and not afraid to face such fake issues.
So Finally overline india wants to go face to face...whenever your support was asked for a number there would say we dnt face phone support...has to be when your ticketing support sucks and doesnt work then how do you expect the phone support to actually even exist ...The support is actaully 24X7 NOT AVAILABE...and to actaully get your earlier tickets reply or update you would need to create several tickets...Today when your is on fire you want to go face to face...let the world know wat no good of a company you guys are running...The Windows server was actually the BIGGEST disaster i have ever seen the server is down for weeks and these guys say we are working on it...MAN someone ask them wat were they working on...The Linux server actaully has a 99.99% SEVER DOWN TIME...They would actaully attract you with exicitng offers and once you actaully fall for the trap you realize wat a mistake you have done by associating with these guys... Beware cheated company overline india.

We allready agree contactpeter, they are asking perfectly. We also occur same or more problem with overlineindia.

we introduce ourself. we are a webdevelopment company at Ahmadabad. Gujarat.

1). we purchased Linux unlimited reseller hosting plan dated 28 January 2009. and linux server down more and more due to some technical or hardware failure reason. and not a down 10 to 15 min. server down one or more day continue down. we leave ticket support. and replay her technical support to " we are continue working it." this problem occur four time in month. and every time changed shared IP. our customer also use WHMCS and this problem occur to reissue licence every time.

OK Leave it. we think your server is now right and not any problem in future. your technical support team guaranteed it.

2). Now we purchased windows reseller dated 24 March 2009 and other 14 April 2004, after lumsum arrount 15 to 20 days later server was down continue... till now. when every ticket support same replied. we are working on it to up server.
after 10 May 2009 we decided to get refunds money. and replied overlineindia. they was send emails us below dated Tue 5/12/2009 12:25

after we was send our details of favor of refunds money.

they was told us. "our company policy is after 15 days you will get refund. but not received refunds money

we was send 7 reminder for refunds money. last reminder was 22 June 2009.

we tried to contact theme for this issue. every time same answer cheque is proccesing by billing department. when we required details of cheque or courier or docket no., NOT replied by them.


after we told her to cheated us. we told them to post bad article . immediate they suspend our linux account dated 21 June 2009.


we told them please Un- suspend our linux account, we don't want to refund money. and we do n't post any article.

they replied " we do n't suspended your account due to refund money.

we got information to data center you was send SPAM mail. and yahoo and MSN not receive mail into inbox. this problem face to every clients due to your act.


we replied" We do n't installed any php mail server. if our clients may use this. plz tell us logs information. we will striklly action this issue.

we told her" without any notice period you don't suspend our account.
we highly request to overline india. but they told us you need to pay 100 $ to Un- Suspend account.
Hotmail and yahoo charged 1400 $ to us for unlocked. IP or domain. so we move to our account other hosting provide. and now not any issue to yahoo and hot mail .

We contacts yahoo support team and they replied to plz contact your administration for mis configuration DNS .

They are one of the most unprofessional company anyone one wil ever come across and we knw that Mr.sharma would be hiding is face around as usual THATS WAT HE AND HIS COMPANY DOES THE BEST...we dnt need enough proof Overlineindia...we knw what financial losses and unwanted issues that you have been through bcoz of your no good service and support...and i am also sure that this company is run my a bunch of freelancers who dnt have any technical knowledge and business skills for sure...AGAIN I WOULD LIKE TO WARN ANYONE AND EVERYONE WHO IS EITHER ASSOCIATED WITH THEM OR PLANNING TO GET ASSOCIATED WITH THEM...Also Mr.no good sharma...i would like to bring to your notice that the scripts that you said you guys were selling is open source that too is an utter lie those were 100% nulled scripts which you were selling and even if they were open source who the hell gave you the rights to change the copyright...that too is illegal...you are a bunch of loosers...we too have been in this industry from quite some time and we to know how things work...so try to fool someone who is as dumb as you guys are...GOOD FOR NOTHING...

and last (25/06/2009) we contacted cyber dept and help those officer.

we told overline india . plz un-suspend our server, so we will backup our data. b'coz some online application, sensitive data & some of clients credit cards information and online payments gateway, and anybody misuses this data. we are suffering a big financial lose. so we highly request you to help us.

they can't agree with us. and told us to last night " post apologizing thread on the Complaint Forum"

so we finalize decided to post a complain this forum.

They have big cheated us.

i having business with overlineindia.net for past 1 year
i doesnot face any problem till now

i refered my friends
and they also happy with them
i got immediate reply from them and support is good

i hosted morethan 35 client sites in my reseller account, no problem till now
OverlineIndia.net or .com . worst host company i ever seen in my 34 year life,

horrible support . 1 single guy xyz named brougth server and selling stuff in cheap,

about their authenticy, what they show in their licnese ? code for they claim registed compay in Haryana ? code U72200HR2006PTC36026 its fake

another company or another cheater company useing same Licnese and text

Dr. Sharma, how can you say that it is illegal registration no.? you are saying only because you found same text message on other hosting provider's site, how can you blame Overline India if someone else is copying text from their site and pasting on his site? I am here replying you because I am also a very small customer of Overline India since last 7 months, I really didnt find anything wrong. I dont think a company can last long for such long time if they are not a real one. I appreciated their hard work, I dont know whether there is a single person or 20 persons but the thing I have noticed is that they are available round the clock on Live Chat to support me, its enough for me. Thank you.
This is to inform that we are removing our hosted domains from overline india server keeping in view some recent multiple incidents where overline india kept on removing some of our important domains from their server (one time we paid $20 and they have bravely removed the domain even after getting the payment, and lost the data). My client tried to take their contact so that he can sue them and their company for his business loss but we forced him not to do so as he was still taking services from us.

overline india told us that we can not suspend our domains account without giving proper reason, and they have right to remove the accounts without any notice to resellers. overline india have also removed some of our suspended accounts after a particular period. This is quite disgusting and shameful for a reseller hosting provider.

These incidents shows that overline india are over cautious about their resellers and are interfering into relationships of reseller and their clients.

We also noticed that they have charged us the quarterly fee from our paypal account without informing to us. At that time we did not tell them as we were taking their services.

Keeping in view all above incidents we have decided to move the services to another hosting provider and stay away from overline india.
Overline India is very poor Web hosting service without any knowledge, fooling customer giving stupid reason of hardware upgrade or software upgrade for Downtime and also no response at server downtime nobody pickup phones.

They are cheater, and the most unprofessional guys, I have ever met, They will suddenly change the server without informing you, and never provide support at there new server. They will never ever bother for informing you in advance for any major support operation they are doing at servers. When there server is down no body will be available for live chat. And If you call at there telephone line, the person replying will be almost fighting with you, which will irritate you further. They are stupid fellows, I think you should only go with them, if you want a static site, which will be down quite often.
