I have logged a complaint about the courier serices around 6 months ago as I was told to pickup the courier from their office as they could not deliver the courier to my house but they have not responded to my complaint, after that in the month of june-2009 the courier company displayed my name, office contact and my mobile number of the overnite express web site for inquiry for customers,after that n number of calls came to me for the enquiry of the courier status , I called the manager of Overnite Express Mr Das Gupta (Mobile no : [protected] ) and told him about the matter , but he also ignored my request and started ignoring my calls. Since last 3 months I am frustrated with the calls of the customers which I am getting for the courier information.

I am facing a lot problem as they have put my number on their website , it can be checked on website also by putting this link on the website http://www.google.co.in/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=overnite+express+courie...⇄

I too had applied for PAN card dated 12-july-2010 acknowledgement no [protected] PAN card no. ALAPT5524D.Online status shows that PAN card has been dispatched on 27-july-2010 via overnight courier services but still i had not recived my PAN card.I also enquired at nearest overnight courier services office at renukut(U.P) but they refuse to bear their responsibility and shows no interest on my complain.My courier air way bill no is-[protected].me too seeking immidiate action against companey.

Sir, consignment No[protected] last 15 days i had not received till date. i am continously contact with your staff this phone nos - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] all person give me only another number for check my status but nobody take response regarding this. This is not good for your company, iam suffering too much.

AMUPB4552G.Online status shows that PAN card has been dispatched on 31/1/11 via overnight courier services but still i had not recived my PAN card.I also enquired at nearest overnight courier services office at Kamothe but they refuse to bear their responsibility and shows no interest on my complain.My courier air way bill no is-[protected].seeking immidiate action against companey.

I Akanksha Upadhyay had applied for PAN Card . PAN Card no. ACMPU6681K. Online status shows tha PAN Card has been dispatched and delivered via overnite courier service but till date i have not recieved the same. my courier airway bill no. is [protected]. This is really disheartning seeking for immediate action against the company.

HDFC Bank has dispatcked a courier to me on[protected]. Airway bill number [protected] but til now i have not received it.

My name is ashish. i not received my courier. i m till try to contact ur branch or customer service but they not responding me. they not talk me in proper way. Then u thing way customer trust on u "overnight courier service" .
ur company running on over all india but the popular city "Mumbai" service is this type of chip then way people trust on u i don't no...
