[Resolved]  Overnight Express Courier Service — TICKET BOOKED ON IRCTC NOT DELIVERED YET AFTER 9 DAYS

Very lazy courier service.I am also having regular problems regarding courier delivery by their dehradun office. MANDEEP KOHLI ph [protected]

Some documents was booked on 15.03.2011 from Bokaro to Jamshedpur from Overnite Courier (Doc. No. - [protected]) and till now (25.03.2011) i had not received my documents. I am sorry to say this but what type of service you are providing. Courier takes hardly 2-3 days to deliver the material and today its already 9 days and i had not received my documents yet. when i called on Jamshedpur office they are just giving me different numbers to contact and said that the are not the area incharge. I m having a lot of problem as its very urgent and i need those documents urgently.
Please tell me when will i receive my documents and please improve your services.

INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT HAS DISPATCHED MY PAN CARD ON 26th APRIL 2011, AFTER WHEN I CHECKED THE STATUS ON INTERNET, I CAME TO KNOW THAT MY PAN CARD STATUS IS DELIVERED ON 27th APRIL 2011 AT GIVEN ADDRESS THROUGH OVERNIGHT EXPRESS .

BUT STILL I HAV`NT RECEIVED MY PAN CARD !!!.
WHEN I CONTACTED THE COURIER PEOPLE I DID`NT GOT ANY ANSWER...!!!KINDLY ANYONE TELL ME HOW I WILL GET THE CARD !!
