This is the worst courier company I have ever seen . I had a pan card to be delivered. I have been calling [protected]. I honestly dont know how you could hire this guy to work for a customer interfacing role. I have been calling him for the past 5 days for the receipt of my PAN card vide courier [protected]. First they sent us a message that with a number [protected] / 13 which is switched off ... Then I called[protected] No reply at first. Then Numbers [protected] ... then [protected] and then [protected]...oh my goodness, all of them tell us that it will be delivered and then It does not come .
Hope fully, you will fix this before your company runs out of customers . Pardon my frusturation, but your service is the worst I have seen ...
