[Resolved] Oxigen - Oxirail — TATKAL TICKETS NOT BOOKED EVERY TIME FROM OXIGEN

Hi My self gaurav gupta.every time not book any tickets in tatkal qouta from oxigen-oxirail.
& when i called to customer care thn every time they give me one answer tht this problm will b shortout very soon. but not any response from OXIGEN.
now i am sure that OXIGEN is doing BLACK MARKETING in tatkal qouta bcoz if this is not right than why we are facing this problem every time???

so EVERY ONE its my suggestion that please dont take the RETAIL OUTLET from OXIGEN if you wont take any tension ..its my personal experience...

HI,
I am R.O. of oxigen since last 4years & i had very--2 poor dealing costomer care experiecne from this company.
this company gives expired coopen &no reverse exp./demage coopan
i am loss about 2-3 thousend rupees purches/sale
wat i read frm frm the mannual, i[censored] take aitel voucher and if it doen not work u call airtel customer and not oxigen customer care bcoz the pin is provided by airtel and not oxigen
See Oxitravel also cancelled my relatives kingfisher airlines ticket without my confirmation .For that my relative suffer more than 6 hrs at Chennai airport on June 27, 09.When i sent number of emails they are nt giving any response to my email and for any compensation.

These sites of oxigen are very risky to do any type purchasing like, the airticket as their staff is so careless to process the coustmer's query and emails.Further I am going raise voice against them in consumer forum
I would suggest all of you not to do any type of deal with them

oxirail booking — Morning oxirail pages not open.

i am retailer for oxirail. last one month morning 8'o clock to 8.30 hrs. thier wep pages not open tatkal booking. many time i complait to their customer care, but no action.pls.do it some thing.thanks.
my oxirail web vendig password invalid creat new password and send my email id my mobile no-[protected]
oxigen is avery bad servver for ticket book ing .. because oxigeg is atotally black marketing in tatqal cota
Now this time mostly all banks provide her customer with Debit card facility.
Normally ticket they can purchase form cyber café or home via using internet.
Mostly people come for Tatkal Ticket but you can’t book more than one ticket
Last from 1 year iam also using Oxirail.

While we have 1.5 mbps internet with static ip connection. Every day when I booking ticket I face problem like this
1. oxiral server say you try after 8:00 while pc time display 8:03 AM
2. Payment getaway not working.
3. your ticket not book check in book or pending ticket
4. once you logoff for Relogin take long time
5. final result your time over and you nothing book any ticket and W/L come

I mail oxirail customer care with snaps short of this problem after one week i not received any answer

TATKAL TICKETS PROBLEMS IN OXIRAIL SERVICES
I am a Register Ro of oxigen my ro code is 14004092 and 12012021 from last 2 years .
but at every time i am not satisfied with oxigen company oxirail services . because they
are providing us a very poor services in our buissness . i am using bsnl high speed 3 g data
card with 3.6 mbps speed but at that time also oxirail says me that type of error report me
1 . first and allways many of the times Page time out
2 . error long time online
3 . pl. check time tatkal ticket is booked after 8 am but the time is we have 8.03 am
3 . pl. check it on own booked and pending ticket and also they deduct the funds from my
account but after 1 hour they refund the money back and say sorry for innconvience cost .
than after we see again for ticket but there is too many waiting list so than what can i do
4 . i am a retailer of oxigen so we booked more than 10 to 15 tickets daily and tatkal ticket
in a month we take 50 to 60 request from customer end but booking done only 20 to 25 tickets
in a whole month . so allways we say sorry for alls of the customers .
5 . we allways more than 500 to 700 times in a year mails the alls the status to companies
senior person like oxirail senior manager mr. suhail khan in gurgaon, oxigen gm Mr. soumen
but they allways says me that please wait we shortly resolved the problems and reply you but
we see from 1 year but the oxirail service are going day par day in poor stages .
6 . At last we want to coomunicate alls my friends that we cant trust with oxirail at that time .

i am also get same complaint no response for oxirail & oximall, their no costumer care hot, direct line only SMS several time we sending sms their giving no response. so DON'T TAKE OXIGEN AGENCY.
oxigen is a very third class service provider . becouse commission structure is very bad . other company give in ac ticket 10/- to our dealer and 4/- in sleepar class. but oxigen give me only 2/- on ac/sleepar class. customer care are also irresponsible. when i send the sms in morning they will called me at evening or night or may be not calling .
SO DONT TAKE AGENCY OF COSTUMER CARE
