[Resolved]  Oxigen Services Private Limited — Reduction in margin without information

Dear Sir,

I am an Oxigen counter for recharge thru web.
Oxigen has REDUCED margin by 0.25% and has not informed the retail trade.
There have been grave issues with the customer care which doesn't respond atall.

I suggest if your are a retailer not to go for Oxigen franchise as there are more players in the market available.
