[Resolved]  PACSofT — Not paying salary(4 months due till now).Strict action to be taken as soon as possible

they are cheats no. 1..ali sait is a cheater... tehy only know to cheat employees of tehir salary...15 employess have left as no slalry paid for 2-3 months.
tax papers not given...pawan is also cheater. pls punish thewm

the problem is ALI and PAVAN are entangled in 69 position for a long time now
its only when those [censored]s get out of it will they be in a position to pay

ALI SAIT is the biggest cheater of the company. Pacsoft is closed and changed to Tech Avant Garde.. They are the worst people ever taking work from poor employees and cheating with money attraction but not fulfilling their promises.. There is no HR Policies written document..you wount even get an appointment letter..no leave policies. Also there is a big fat lady called VIDHYA who is the brain washer of ALI SAIT. she is the most horrible lady there..you cant even drink a coffee of your choice..

BASICALLY ITS THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO JOIN..ITS UR LIFE CAREER BREAKER..THEY MAKE YOU WORK MON TO SAT FROM MORNING 8.30 TO NIGHT 10 PM WITHOUT SALARY AND ALLOWANCES..

ALI SAIT is biggest froud. He Abuses gals in public for small mistakes.. and Salary issue still exists. Avant Gard tech is new company. Many fresher joins with lots of hope but he plays with there carrier.

PLEASE TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST HIM.

Tech Avant Garde is a very fraud company.
Director treats his employees as they are his servant.
Better to avoid the company.
If you serve there under notice period, you will get either Experience Letter or your Salary.
