Padmavathi Gas Agency, Selaiyur, Chennai — No response for phone calls - Refilling
Bharath Gas Agency - Padmavathy Gas Agency Selaiyur, Tambaram, ChennaiWhenever a consumer calls their office to book for Refilling, their phones are never attended or it always keeps busy.
We may need to go to their office directly for booking. This is so disgusting.
There is no one to take action on such agencies. Infact these licenses should be cancelled!!!
But I'm afraid that will never happen in India!!!

I'm face the above mentained problem for PADMAVATHY Gas Agency Selaiyur.
Once we expressed the concern (to selaiyur agency) about not picking up the phone. They says they are busy with lot os customer calls and each customer has to face the problem.
After several phone trials, once my father directly visited agency and tried to call those numbers directly from there. It was suprising, they have some internal mechanism set in such a way that the system(all the numbers) even if not picked up gives the busy messages - strange. He questioned them the same and about their fraud service, out of fear of Consumer court they provide the stock then and their itself.
All this points out that their are giving priorty to sell the goods for more amount to non-subscribers.
Each affected can file a case in Consumer court, then only they will learn a lesson. When the court charges them with lumb amount as fine for doing fraud and making the consumer suffer each time.
Pls BPCL has to cancel this "PADMAVATHY Agency Dealership" and pls take the action for my request.

Hi,
I have problem for getting a refill to my cylinder. As a first step I have called the Agency and placed an order through phone. They said it will be delivered with in 10days. After 10days when every I call agency, there were not picking up the phone or even not responding properly. Even you can find many complaints registered for the same Agency in your website. So, I thought I will place the order online.
So, as a second step, I have placed an order online. After placing the order and when I see the "View my previous order" I can able to see my order. The problem here is, when I again revisited the account and checked my previous order, nothing is visible there (i.e my order details were disappeared). So, I placed the order again. Here is the reference no. "20808798". After two days it happened the same. So, I placed complaint in the bharatgas site itself. But none of them responded and did not received a reply. Again I placed the order with reference no "20900675" and even when I sent the message through my alternate no, I got a message saying you have already registered with the above reference no. So, I verified online again after two days. My order was gone.
This time I contacted customer care through the no [protected]. So, they have given a number 155233 (which is not at all working). So, I gain contacted them, this time they said to add 022 to 155233. Same problem happened again.
I request you help in this regard asap. I have attached the images which I have taken for the reference no.s.

I'm also consumer of padmavathy agency.Everytime we go i can see some 5 to 10 persons fighting in the office.Jointly we need to meet and find a resolution.
we are suffering a lot because of this useless agency. If anybody wants to kill your enemies, you can suggest them to get lpg connection from this agency.when they are trying to book and refill their lpg. these useless people will irritate them, torture them and make them very weak and frustrated. Finally they will commit suicide. so that nobody needs to answer to the justice.
All these non senses are only for money. if you are ready to pay more ( what they demanding is nearly more than two times) they will supply even to the terrorists. they don't even care whether they have lpg connection or not. they need empty cylinder and more cash.
please somebody take any steps to deactivate their license and appoint a new agency.
