[Resolved]  Pan Card — Not Received pan card on my communication address

Dear Sir,
I have applied the for New PAN Card on 18Nov2008. I have checked the status of my card online. According to online status it is dispatched on 08Dec2008. But still I haven`t received my PAN CARD, I enquire in respective post office they also said that it has not been received yet. Hence please send me the PAN card again.
Please do the needful.

I am Savya Sachi, PAN:CUWPS9608A, from Samastitpur, Bihar. My PAN Card went undelivered because of the change in my communication address. I am santosh from Bihar. Now I am living in delhi. Can I make a pan card with Bihar’r ID?
And it possible to dispatch in (present address ) delhi address?
