[Resolved]  Pan Card — regarding pan card

Dear Sir,

I was applied for new pan card on dt.[protected]. the nsdl was issued the new pan card no.BFXPK5765H still i have not received this card and when i was contact to courier company and the courier company said your commuincation address is not inough.
please send again this courier as soon as possible on my communication address.
and my contact no. [protected].

i have lost my pan card.i have need other pan caed so what am i do

Dear Sir,
i made my pan card application on 01.06.2008 vide acknowledgment no - [protected], but i havenot received my pan card yet.
when i go to the page of nsdl/status check section they said "your pan card has been reprinted and dispatched on 6th november 2008 by post at the address for communication provide by you in the application.
I shall be very greatful if you kindly resend my pan card to my communication address.

i have applied for pan card my no AVOPK0978J BUT till date i have not received pan card. It is urgent to give to my employer for income tax purpose.
looling for your cooperation this matter as early as possible.

I had applied for the pan card & received with PAN No.CQUPS1480E & acknowledgement No. is [protected], by mistakely my name is print as SUDAM SETH instead of SUDAN SETH . kindly look in to matter and mail me the actual PAN card in the name of SUDAN SETH.

I have applied for a new PAN card on 21/March/2013, could not take a print out of the acknowledgement form, My Name is Jonnalagadda Bharathi date of birth is:01.07.1987 and My Bank Payment Translation number is:67258143IGH1040253 TRANSFER TO [protected] M/S TECHPROCESS SOLUTI.

Pan card no received

My pan card has been dispatched on date 1 jan 2015 but i haven't received it yet. my address is: RK tent house road, durga vihar colony, phase2, kusumkhera, haldwani, nainital pin=263139.
