i have submit for pan card form in October.Income tax department has
allotted me Pan Card no .ANRPA5753E, Name - AMREEK .But i have
received Wrong Pan Card, which was allotted Suresh Chandra Saxena, No
-CBMPS5752E .

Please send me my allotted Pan Card as soon as possible
