i received my pan number but i did not receive pan card

My Name is Mohd.Iqbal Sarwar ........I had applied for Pan Card on 15th January .........but till now the card has yet not received ........My pan card processing fee coupon number is[protected].........so plz check it and do the needful asap........

i have not received my pan card uptil now . it had been more than 1 moth since i applied.on checking the status online it says---"Your PAN card has been despatched on 29-Mar-2008 by post at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application."

so plz look into the matter & take necessary action.

I had applied for a PAN card on my name4 months back and when I enquired about it I had been told that it went to my postal address but nobody was there to receive it so it went back to the issuing department. I have got my PAN card number (ANOPR9426Q) but till now I have not received the PAN card.
Kindly look into the matter and take the pain of dispatching it once again.

I regret to put down my unpleasant experiences with Express it courier service which the Income tax department uses to send PAN cards. I received a PAN card from the Income tax department vide airway bill no. [protected] on[protected].
Express it staff, without delivering it, have marked the comments column in their tracking page of your website as "delivered to the addressee". The delivery boy did not visit the mentioned address at least once and marked the consignment as delivered.
I collected the Pan card from their local office on the basis of the false status comment in your website. This is my second experience with you, the first being the delivery of my HDFC debit card. Their actions amount to identity theft and data theft.
This highly unethical and dismal service on their part is deplorable and invites disciplinary action from law enforcing agencies. I am posting this mail in other public forum for general awareness.
