My PAN Card no CQPPS6177M was to be delieved to me at my home address ie
C/o Mr. Gurpal Singh
Village Ganola P.O. Chhachharauli
Distt Yamunanagar
State Haryana
this PAN card was send by Income Tax Deptt Mumbai to my Distt Headquarters by BLUE DART Service but since this service provider doesn't have wide network in my area, they sent it back to Mumbai Headquartes. Why is it that when this Service provider cannot deliever to the Village level, has been contracted. Please send me this PAN card by indian postal services. Its very urgent because my initial office requirements has PAN card.
