Respected Sir,
I lost my pancard on 26th Dec.2004 during tsunami, as I was there in the Nicobar Islands for a tour and I lost my belongings in the devastating earthquake and thereafter tsunami waves, but I remember my pancard number . I had lodged a police complaint in the nearby police station . But due to the ups and downs in my life I was unable to contact you these years.
As a working woman, it is very much required now-a-days for every quarries . It is, therefore, requested that I may kindly be issued a duplicate pan card .
