Panasonic 32" LCD TV — EXTENDED WARRANTY CARD NOT ISSUED | |||
Extended Warranty not being issued I purchased a Panasonic LCD TV, Model No.TH-L32X10D from AB ELECTRONICS, D-25 MOHAN SINGH MARKET, SEC-6 RK PURAM, NEW DELHI-110022 on 22/03/2010 with their invoice no - 4669 and TV serial No.%945X03585. I had sent the warranty card No.LCDT-54847 to their address to register but till date I have not received the warranty registration letter from them. On contacting them at chennai address they are washing their hands off by saying that they have not received the card, which was posted to them affixing 10 Rs. stamp. the address also was preprinted on the card so there is no reason of it reaching the wrong address. Now can you help with what legal options I have to opt to make them issue the warranty card. The bill and product registration is in my name. What is the fuss they are creating to issue one card.Do not know why panasonic head sitting in india and japan look into these complaints. just trying to loot indian customers with the worst after sales service.They must show their interest to the customers for the AFTER SALES SERVICE. Panasonic TV — Regarding not providing Warranty Card
I m Shalini Srivastava residing at VB-135,WZ-154 B First Floor,Virender Nagar,Lane-5,New Delhi. I have purchsed Panasonic TV ,Model No- TC-21 RX 20C on 8 Nov,2009 from Audio Point ,Shop No-3 , GL -17, Hari Nagar Jail Road ,New Delhi.They have not provide us warranty card and Manual Booklet along with the TV and when i asked about this they behaved rudely. we asked many times and lastly they said.." JO KARNA HAI KAR LO,....HAM NAHI DENGE " Due to this, I am unable to operate the TV properly.
So Kindly take possible action as soon as Possible.
