[Resolved] Panasonic — High condensation in vegetable tray
Purchased in August 2012. Model No. NR BW465VN Date of Purchase 24.08.2012 Next day onwards complaint of heavy condensation in vegetable tray causing spoiling of vegetables and fruits. Repeated visits by Panasonic representative from Service centre to check the fridge. We were advised to keep the fridge temperature to medium to avoid condensation. Same was done – no improvement. Contacted Mr. Phadke, Panasonic West Zone Head of Service. Finally after continuous follow up, Mr. Phadke suggested we go in for a upgraded model which would be more robust and will not have this problem. September 2012. Paid Rs. 12000 extra for a new fridge of higher capacity 552 litres. Same problem persists of very high condensation in the vegetable tray. There is no response from the Company in spite of repeated calls. Was this information helpful?
