[Resolved] Panasonic LCD TV — Panel problem | |||
I have purchased Panasonic LCD tv Viera 32 inches in Dec-2007. It was working fine till Dec-2009. Afte that the picture is not displaying properly, it was shown to authorised dealer. The problem is confirmed as pannel problem by the delear. He said that for rectification, it will take Rs.23000/-. I was very surprised, at the same time I felt very bad on panasonic product. I have consult panasonic dealer, but no use. I went to panasonic showroom for exchanging, they did not accept the defect tv. What should I do? is there any solution? I am going to tell at most to the custmers who are willing to buy the panasonic LCD. Was this information helpful? | |||
