[Resolved] Panasonic TV — Picture tube replacement issue within warranty | |||
I have purchase new Panasonic 29 inch TV and within warranty had replaced picture tube, after changing picture tube it was auto swithed off and on during normal condition, again i had launched compalint asked to fixed it, technician fixed it and after two days same issue persist. Panasonic TV 29 " — Against Warranty
Dear Sir,I have purchase one 29" colour TV from Reliance Digital on 16th June 2008 and company has given One Year Warranty but unfortunetaly my TV does not working then I have compalient to reliance digital on 31st May 2009 & call no-[protected] but problem is that one engineer has came from reliance digital on 20.06.09 and said that this will be prepaired by panasonic and engineer has sent the sms from his mobile after two days one engineer has came from panasonic company and said that your warranty period has been over so we are not able to prepair this TV you have to pay visit charges and material price then I will prepare this TV.
Sir please suggest me what i have to do it.
