For refund of money

I have purchased purchased Paragon Knee Cap from Paragon Mall Retailer pvt ltd, Udaipur, Vide order no.-11690, 18/5/15 LT/KB @Rs 4380/-.in the month of Aug 2009.
After used of 15 days continuosuly my left leg pain were enhanced. Immediately I contacted the above said company and reverted that after receiving the product will returned the money.
I have returned the product on 19.11.2009 through Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd., Patna vide Consignment no.[protected].
After that I made so many call and Email, Previously the phone were picked up by concern office staff and replied that refund of money is in process, but since last few months the staffs of the company reply very roughly, it matter of great concern.
I would like to state further to returned my money, as per your statement and advertisement.
