[Resolved]  Paramount Symphony — Reduction of 50% green area of Symphony project at Crossings Republik

I wish to lodge a complain against Paramount Builder, who is constructing a residential apartment project at Crossings Republik in the name of Symphony, Orchid, Panorama etc.

I wish to inform that Paramount has completely changed their layout plan of the project and have added three additional residential towers. This is effecting the green area provided by the builder, and reducing to the half than the earlier. In the green belt, builder had committed to provide various facities e.g. swimming pools, club, parks for children & senior citizens etc., which will be either reduced to half or will not be there, while the popullation to use these facilities will increase by 50%.

Paramount is a cheater and stealing the hard earned money of the investers. Mukesh Agarwal is the owner of this company, who is paying no attention to the various calls & communication made to him and his people.

There is already a dumping ground issue, which is in the court, and now it is another issue.

Paramount is coming up with a new project at Noida on the name of Floraville. They are again showing the same gimmicks to attract people, while wrong commitments.

I request all the prospective buyers to stay away from this builder & thier projects.

The other cheaters in this group are Ajnara, Gaur & Supertech, who never fulfill their commitments.

I had already booked 3 BHK in emotion it is very good in location and if talk about builder they are very friendly and cooperative from day one of my booking now they had started there construction so i think in future they made what they have commited so i dont think there is any problem to take a flat in emotion afterall these thing which i had read earlier so i think these are the problem with all builders if we think so then we never booked or we can say that we never got a home
Dear Fullerton AMit - Do you mean to say that all builder are cheats and we should accept their cheating? I think you are big mistaken. If Anna Hazare is doing something for our country to remove these criminals from the society, be it Politicians, Buerocrats, Govt. Official or even Builders, than the responsibility lies with us also to support his cause. We should object and do not accept the inferior quality of houses from these bloody builders, and if they don't come to your terms, take them to the consumer and criminal court, so that they will get a lesson of their life and in future no builder will ever think of cheating their investors.

I was about to invest in their new project Golf Foreste in Greater Noida. Fortunately, I got to visit this forum. Now, I'm holding my decision.

This builder seems to be of the same catagory as are other cheat builders like Supertech, Gaursons, Amrapali etc. The recent land fraud in Noida extention is great example in front o[censored]s.

Though I agree with Raj Abrol, that its better wait & watch since Symphony project is about to be completed and if the builder doesn't deliver as per the investers expectation, it will loose its brand image drastically. I'm really interested to invest in their villas project, but I'll better wait till Symphony gets completed. It will be a litmas test for Paramount, since its their first project in NCR.

I will advice ppl not to trust on this Paramount Group .. They have cheated investors of Paramount Symphony project at Crossings republic. They have illegally constructed a new tower in front of gate and even they increased the no of floors/tower in that society. They have eaten up all the open area. They have spoiled a b'full project just for money ..

Even Quality is not very good. They have delayed this proj intentionally and invested all money in other projects.

If you ask the, they will say that Super Tech and other have done the same .. what the stupid answer .. They just want the picchlaggu of Supetech and other stupid groups. They dnt want to grow ...

These are builder's chamcha who are praising the Paramount group. If you see all post favoring Paramount are posted in April/May 2011.

Builder who can spoil their first project in NCR and can cheat the investers who have shown trust then they can do anything with rest of investers.

I am agree with you. Paramount Symphony was the first project of Paramount Group in NCR but they could not keep their promise and just for moeny, they betrayed the investers of this project.

Even I come to know that Mr Mukesh Agarwal has told the ppl that if they oppose their illegal tower Panorama thn they would stop this project and will never complete this project.

I am the lucky person. I have withdrawn my money on Time.

When the property is finally getting to completion, Paramount have now found a new way of harrassing its customer, by putting a penalty & interest for the late payment or late possession. The site is yet far from completion, but they need all the money off hand.

I will suggest everyone, not to ever buy any property from Paramount.

I agree with you Dharmendra. I was to get the possession in Oct. 2010, but till now their project is not ready. To our surprise, Paramount has already released the possession letter in Aug., which is going to be 5 months and still after paying the full payment, my flat is not ready. Every 15 days, they say another 15 days, and that is how they are buying the time. I visited the site many times and spoke to their contractor & sales guys, as per whom, it will take another 3 months, which is also not sure. Paramount has also stopped paying the penalty, from Aug 2011.

I'm so fed with this small time builder, who sold a big dream to his customers, but yet to deliver.

The whole site is so pathetic in condition. Initially, they were to build apartments on two sides of the land and the in between it was to be kept open space for developing the various common facilities, parks, club etc. I invesed in their project, considering the layout plan only. But, now the whole layout is changed. They have build the towers on all the sides and in the center a club house is built, surronding of which is cover with grass in the name of parks, and they are charging PLC for it. I really don't know how people are paying the PLC. Are they really fools or the victim of a big fraud done by this builder.

I'm sure if people together goes to the court, Paramount will sucumb to the fruadulant practices being done by him. After taking the possession, we must be together and put a case against Paramount.
The builder is cheating paramount symphony residents by collecting all payment even before completing the project. He has left no green area and also no area for club . While other builders are providing modular kitchens and penalty for the delay this builder is charging interset on payment . No one should buy any of their projects including paramount golf foreste, paramount emotions, paramount spectrum, paramount mapple, paramount orchid . This builder will soon be behind bars for cheating people .
Reading what the owners of Symphony project have to say and from my own experience of booking flat in Floraville, I think Paramount is habitual at first selling the flats with attractive layouts and later doing things like adding extra towers floors. They did exactly the same in Floraville, first they added 5 additional towers and then they increased the number of floors from 14 to 22. In sample flat they have installed the best brands of fittings, tiles, stones etc and promised that the same will be installed in actual flats also but God knows if they will keep that promise or not.
I agree with you all. Paramount has not delivered as per its promise.

I bought a Flat in their Symphony project 3 years back, which was had a lot of open space on the map, but now there is actually no space.

I will also not recommend this builder to any one.
I agree with most of the comments here. I bought flat myself in Orchid tower - First issue is that the possession is already delayed by almost 9 months now (expected date - Jun -2011 with grace period Oct-2011) but right now in Mar 2012 also, there is plaster work going on. On asking the builder about possession, they are always giving some dates. Latest date with me is end of this year so keeping the fingures crossed.

also, people who got possession in Yucca, Nimbus are already complaining about the quality of the plaster. When they try to punch a nail entire cement is coming out. It means there is more sand than the cement while plastering the walls.

Green space - yes every one is correct that it has vanished completely. Infact Orchid and Nimbus stands so close to each other that I am already thinking about covering the glass doors with curtains etc to protect my privacy.

In spite of all this - I have a feeling that this township will be better after 10 years.
Also, note that price of the flat has not increased for last 2-3 years. I am not sure if it is because of dumping yard coming in closeby area or because of the under development in the area
Paramount is a totally Fraud group. They never fulfill their promise. whether it is about floor area, possession date, It is my sincere advise to all those who are thing to buy a Flat in any of the Paramount Group must think 100 times

I have taken the possession, but after shifting to my flat, I found their construction quality is very poor. In the walls, the quantity of sand is very high, due to which if you try to do make a simple drill also to put a nail, the whole plaster starts coming out. I have got scared to put a simple nail in my flat, to hang the painting & other stuff. When I complaint it to their customer care department, the errogent guy Naveen replied that its me only, who is complaining. No one else is complaining for this. I'm not sure, what would be the quality of load bearing structure.

I feel the only solution is to remove the complete plaster from all the walls, which is a very cumbersome and expensive job, since I have moved with my family. I'm thinking to do it and then send the bills to Paramount to make refund.
It is surprsing how information floats in their office, Mr mukesh agarwal does not meet clients" read flat buyers" he has kept layers to insulate him from these clients and their queries and sometimes genuine points - such high handed behaviour should not be accpeted ..
