[Resolved] Paramount Symphony — Reduction of 50% green area of Symphony project at Crossings Republik | |
I wish to lodge a complain against Paramount Builder, who is constructing a residential apartment project at Crossings Republik in the name of Symphony, Orchid, Panorama etc. I wish to inform that Paramount has completely changed their layout plan of the project and have added three additional residential towers. This is effecting the green area provided by the builder, and reducing to the half than the earlier. In the green belt, builder had committed to provide various facities e.g. swimming pools, club, parks for children & senior citizens etc., which will be either reduced to half or will not be there, while the popullation to use these facilities will increase by 50%. Paramount is a cheater and stealing the hard earned money of the investers. Mukesh Agarwal is the owner of this company, who is paying no attention to the various calls & communication made to him and his people. There is already a dumping ground issue, which is in the court, and now it is another issue. Paramount is coming up with a new project at Noida on the name of Floraville. They are again showing the same gimmicks to attract people, while wrong commitments. I request all the prospective buyers to stay away from this builder & thier projects. The other cheaters in this group are Ajnara, Gaur & Supertech, who never fulfill their commitments. Was this information helpful? | |

I agree with you Puneet. I have bought a flat in their first phase of Symphony project. They have increased the floor area without any information and added around 2.2 Lacs in the balance payment to me. Up to my shock they added another 95k in the name of interest for delayed payment, while the delay was entirely from their end or due to the delay by IDBI bank for project approval. I was forced to pay this additional amount of Rs.3.15 Lacs, which created a big dent on my overall financial planning.
When I called their marketing staff, their behaviour was so rude, while they were showing their honey dipped smiles, at the time of making deal, this time they were not picking up my phone. I was forced to take a days off and visited their office, where despite getting the confirmation at the office gate about the person concerned is available, I was told she is not in office. Finaly I had no choice, I had to give the final payment to take posession.
Later, I got to know that if some one can reach their MD Mr. Mukesh Agarwal somehow, you can negotiate with him. But, now its not possible, as I have already got the registry done and I'm sure meeting him wouldn't help now.

The same is the case with their Floville project also. They have added 5 new tower than what it was conceived initially. Construstion quality is very poor.
Their sales people don't listen. I dont know what surprises I will get when they will start giving the possession.

I have bought a Villa in their Golf Foreste project in Greater Noida. Initially I thought it is one of the best project, but now my dreams are getting shattered after seeing the quality of work PAramount is doing for the finishing work in my Villa.
Very bad quality of modular kitchen, wardrobe, flooring tiles etc.
Seeing the price, I thought that it would be a good choice. But, seems I made a bad choice with this builder. Third class builder.

Paramount is one of the most pathatic builder in Noida. I booked in their Golf Foreste project and I have a nightmare experience while dealing with them.
Their people don't take your call after the booking. I have received the interest letter for the delay of only 25 days of payment, which is too bad. The quality of my villa is also not really, what was shown in their pamphlet. They have only built the 5 star club, which is too small for a community of 10k people and will hardly be of any use to us.
I will never recommend anyone to book their property with Paramount. Not at all.

I am residing in their Symphony Project in Crossing republic. Quality of construction is so pathetic that on the touch of a nail - entire cement around the area comes out. Even the tiles laid out on the floor dont hv symmetry. I tried to discuss it out with their teams but their reply is that for tiles they can match only 3 sides not all the four sides. The reason for the uneven floor as per me is that the floor should have been made as a final floor made up of cement and then tiles should have been laid out on it. Rather what has happened is that the floor of cement itself was left raw and tiles were laid out on that which resulted in uneven tiles. In bathroom also, water gets stuck all the time. there is water leakage in the walls which has led to the dampening of my flat. I am so disgusted with this builder that I really want to sell my flat now.

I don't agree that Paramount is good builder. It is also similar to other down market builders. Paramount Symphony Orchid was One year delayed no penalty were paid. All agreement and documents were get signed prior to registry. Flat was handed over with several defects, which is not addressed even after 7 months that too with 200 mails. They never reply to mails. The maintenance department is very rude even don't register complaints. Collecting the maintenance charge of 1 year in advance without obtaining Completion Certificate. Flat was handed over after 1 month from date of registry that too when I kept following for one months each second day.
Stay away from Paramount projects, Company is fraud and cheat. Till you have to pay money they behave very politely once the flat is handed over they don't recognize you. Don't sign any agreement before the actual flat is handed over to you and you have inspected the project, parking, committed amenities etc...
I have wasted my 10 years of hard earned money with this unprofessional Builder's project Paramount Symphony Orchid.
Better you select some small builder they will deliver much better and cheaper projects.
Believe me don't get cheated by them, they show very good dreams and in realty they leaves you sleepless.

As per the booking, I was supposed to get the possession in Jan'14 but they are like 13 months behind as per the latest work progress.

All Well wishers of paramount who are commenting here just come to paramount floorville project and talked any of residents who are living there (around 20-25 families are living there rite now) .you will automatically know which type of builder they are. they are cheater, thief and the worst builder rite now. initially at the time of flat buy they make big promises but never committed any one of them they have deliver the project in 5 years and taken unwanted amount by wrong calculation and wrong fact from customers, they delay the projects so much but never pay a single penny to any customer, their construction quality is worst and the staff is pathetic and behave like illiterates . I never suggest anyone of mine to invest in this builder project.
Another issue, builder is asking for advanced maintance charges for one year. Even before the flat is ready to move in condition, he is asking for these charges, We have stated that we will not pay the maintance charges till we move into the flat. Builder has stated that they will not let us have the registry till the time maintance charges are paid, I hope all future buyers from Paramount will have picture of their dealings from this post.
