[Resolved]  Parle Agro — Expired Stock of Appy

I am the owner of the daily needs shop situated at Raipur, Chhattisgarh. I am selling Parle Agro products like Appy, Frooty, Appy Fizz for last 3 years. In March 2013 I bought 6 cartons of 200 ml. tetra pack of Jan. 2013 manufacturing date. For some reasons I could sell 3 cartons of the appy and 3 cartons are expired in July. I cant sell the expired product so I requested the sales executive Mr. Joyeb to change the expired stock to the fresh Appy stock so that I can sell new fresh stock, but the executive refused to change the stock as well as billing the other products (like appy 250 ml pet) also. He said he is not able to give fresh stock of Appy 200 ml stock. I said to him he can give me pet bottle also but he refused. I have then complained his senior Mr. Javed, but he also refused to change the product. I have sent the email to the Parle Agro Company several times about this problem but they did not reply.
