I here by inform you that i had left my job from parleagro ltd (Meerut road ghaziabad) on dated 31 march 2011 but till date my pf amount has not credit in my account details as given below: - -

Withdrawal form submit by hr department date - - - - 1 / 8 / 11
No is given by hr department[protected]

So i cordially request to you please arrange the same amount asap
