[Resolved]  Parsvnath Palacia — Delay in parsvnath palacia project

we booked a flat with Parsvath Builders in one of their prestigious projects Palacia at Greater Noida ( Flat No. Palacia A1-602 ) in June 2007 and the commitment was to provide the house ready for possession by December 2009 , Today we are in the mid of may 2010 and we hardly see any sincere efforts being put to start the construction again. Moreover Parsvnath backed out of their commitment to complete the project on time and there is no effort to do the same

we paid more for the house considering the fact that builders nearby were offering houses at a much cheaper rate and that too they were ready for possession , still we had faith in quality of construction and commitment
given by parsvanth builders which is not the case now.

Parsvnath has let us down on a lot of accounts with actions showing lack of transparency and accountability
there was no letter being sent by the management to us regarding the cause of delay and we were kept
under dark constantly about the status of the project , despite of doing a constant follow up of the status of the project closely with Parsvnath.

After waiting for such a long time we are losing our patience , we want answers to our questions

we threaten to take legal actions on account of misusing money and lack of transparency and accountability

a) can you please provide us a tentative date by which construction will be over , provide us a timeline for the same
b) when it was know to the management that the project got delayed , why the same was not communicated to us
we were kept in dark and we kept on calling people at parsvnath to get the status
c) provide us compensation on account of late construction charges apart from the ones mentioned in the agreement
d) provide us compensation on account of buying property which is more costlier as compared to market prices
d) return our money with interest in case there is no answer to above mentioned set of questions
