I bought a Parx shirt from raymond parx showroom. The shirt cost me around 1300rs. there was no logo or information provided aither by the showroom staff or on the printed instructions on the logo of shirt regarding ironing of shirt. They didnt mention nywhere to take care while irnoning and that the material is sensible to ironing. The Material got burned up as soon as i touched the iron. so its the company fault that they didnt provide proper information to customers. I want to lodge a complaint in consumer court against the company and want compensation against it, as when i went to showroom for replacement the simply said no to me.

I bought a Parx shirt from a raymond showroom (Classic style, Udaipur)for Rs 1000.But the first time i wore it, the stitching on the sleeve came off and it became an embarresment to me in the party i was attending.
The next day i went to the showroom for a replacement but instead a complaint slip was given to me telling that the shirt will go to the company with minimum time of 10 days whereas the time mentioned on the slip is 60 days.How do you expect a customer to wait for 60 days for this matter when it is the company's fault?
I would like an urgent replacement to be the least in this case as this is totally the manufacturing fault.
