[Resolved]  Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited — cost of new meter charges

sir/madam,

I am resident of 39/5, Lal Quarters, Ghaziabad, UP-20101, i have an electicity connection in the name of :-

Nathu Ram
39/5, Lal quarters, ghaziabad

connection No:090832

previously Chinese meter was installed at our premises but we felt it to be running fast and we lodged a complaint and meter was checked and found to be 40% fast, the department personnel accordingly changed the meter.
Now in current bill they charged the cost of new meter installed in place of defective meter.

please tell me am i liable to pay the cost of new meter and the period of my previously excess paid bills which can be adjusted due to fast meter.
