SUB:-Bills are not received at actual meter reading
Sir,
With due respect I want to draw your kind attention towards the abnormalities in the electricity bills provided by your department.
I am khilanand joshi s/o sh. Dharmanand joshi R/o Rajeev garden loni(up). My connection no. is 018284, book no.5205 and meter no. 388087. My meter reading is 3784 till 11/04/2009. Our bills always shows IDF(meter’s fault) but my meter is working properly. Your Jr. Engg.had visited to my home check the meter on 5/06/2008 and convinced that the meter is working properly. That time meter reading was 3400.
After that I submitted my bill for duration 23/02/2008 to 25/03/2008 having first reading 2940 and second reading 3400 which consume total 160 units amount Rs.823.
After that when I received my bill for duration 25/03/2008 to 25/05/2008, it was showing meter reading 6400 instead of 3400. Then I went to loni office with actual reading where they calculate the bill as per actual reading for which I summit Rs.465 for 72 units.
Next, I received my bill for duration 22/07/2008 to 25/09/2008. It was showing first reading 3472 with IDF showing 640 units of amount Rs.2456. that time I paid Rs.1000 on account instead of going anywhere. My bill for 25/09/08 to 26/11/08 again showing IDF with first reading 3472 and charge 320 units. Next bill for 26/11/08 to 28/01/08 again shows same reading 3472 with IDF and charge again 320 units.
So, I am unable to pay such big amounts every month. My financial conditions are not well. I personally visit to your loni office so many times and talk to your Jr. engg. and SDO, they suggest me to discuss this matter with Mr. shobha ram panwar (contractor), but he never talk to us morally.
I hope that you will look at our problem and try to solve it as early as possible.
