[Resolved] passion DVD player,Korea home theatre — deficiency of service
I have purchase a DVD Player of make: Passion & home theatre of make :Koreo both was purchased on25/12/2007- due to non-availability of stock it was delivered on29/12/2007thereafter i could not able to give connections for electronic acessories since the manuals supplied by them were not upto mark so i made a visit on 30/1/2/2007 for a demo but they could not deliver it. hence i requested one of personnel by name : prasad and Pradeep,customer department they assured me that personnel would be coming/visit to ur residence and set up the whole thing.
but as of today no one could visit nor it could be operated.
In pursuance of deficiency of service which ought to be made by them could not meet the needs of customter.
hence this complaint.
