Passport Application — Not received passport

Hello,
I have applied for a passport in December, 2008. In which i have mentioned 2 address for residence.One is for pune and other for Ahmedabad.

Pune verificetion is completed in a first week of january but my Ahmedabad Verification is still pending. In online status it mentioned that you had provided incomplete information. Pls submit the other address for verification.

I already submitted the right information pls tell me what to do?

I have to submit Passport for gettiong confirmatin in my company.

If i am paying 1000 rs to get the passport. There sholud be some specific and standard system in place.I already spend around 400 to 500.

Applied for passport of my son Ankit Vardhan on 19.05.2010, File No. A013730.
Police en.quiry has also been done in August 2010. But till date I am awaiting the passport

I have applied passport in tatkal date[protected] ending. I have not yet received any information regarding passport and status is showing nothing and Passport Office Bhopal Not Rep. to my application date .[protected]. I have to fly abroad by end of april. So kindly please look into it.

i have applied three passport application in november 2011 from agra to ghaziabad office,
flie no. are...
GZB W[protected] PREMRAJ PRAJAPATI date of birth[protected], status- date of birth certificate required & name difference,
but i have submitted Annexture-E police fir to DOB certificate and Annexture-A to name difference with two news paper cutting to PRO in ghaziabad office room no 335 to Mr. RAWAT

GZB W[protected] DINESH PRAJAPATI date of birth[protected], - status- name difference, but i have submitted Annexture -E with two news paper cutting to Mr. RAWAT

GZB W[protected] RAKESH PRAJAPATI date of birth[protected], - status- required date of birth issued by municipality (nagar nigam) but i have submitted this certificate.

all these required documents i have submitted six time to ghaziabad office room no. - 335 to RAWAT JI

but not any progress in my file, my files are hide by vikas guard my files not found in file room please sir grant order to search my files please sir.

I have applied for my mothers passport last year (Application Date :[protected]. The status says "Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined "

Not sure what is happening to the application.
Can you please get that checked.
