My name is Mrs SONAL SIDDHARTH ALDANGADY, but my passports bears the name, Mrs SONAL SIDDHARTH ALDONGADY.on the contrary my husband name is spelled properly, stating Mr SIDDHARTH ROHIDAS ALDANGADY.
SIR, to my knowledge i hav filled the forms properly with no mistake, i fill the mistake had been done by person who had issued me the reciept, ones i had paid my fees for the issue of new passport.but i had brought the same to the notice, i was assured that the same would'nt reflect on my passport.Do i hav to surrender my old passport, for the necessary changes

This is Dayasagar Saloki, file No: BNGW 115934, when I checked my pass port status through net, my mother name is coming as “SALOKI IRMALADEVI” but actually its “SALOKI NIRMALADEVI” please corrects the same. And one more thing in my address, my house name is coming as “PACHAJANYA” but actually its “PANCHAJANYA” please corrects same.

I, Mrs Sudesh Bhatia along with my Husband Mr. Dharam Pal Bhatia had applied for a passport on a tatkal basis due to a personal exigency for which I have to travel to Muscat to see my married daughter. On receipt of my passport I discovered that on my passport my husband's name has been wrongly spelt as Dharm Pal Bhatia instead of Dharam Pal Bhatia.

My name is Ms. Rashi Jain and my file no. DLHZ08084407. I had applied for passport in in year 2008 and received the passport in year 2009. But there is an error regarding my place of birth, though I had submitted my birth certificate correctly, the place mentioned in my passport is Delhi, but my birth place is Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
