[Resolved]  Passport — missed my police verification report

I had applied 4 my passport in december 2012 n my verification was also done on time but after that my police verification report is been missed placed my them and now i have go out India in march an d still may passport is not ready and nobody is listening my complaint in the passport regional office Bareilly please help me out its very urgent for me to get ready my passport
