Dear Sir,

Sorry to bother you with this mail but I would like to draw your attention about my mother's passport which was applied from Indore via proper channel to Bhopal on 27th of June 2008 i, e. almost 5 months ago.

I am Security Officer working with United Nations Head Quarters at Vienna. Being a police officer from Madhya Pradesh Police I examined all the papers before submitting the application for my mother's passport named "Purnima SAXENA".

Now when I am checking her passport status on the net, it says " Application has been transferred to policy section. Please contact the Passport Officer ." I tried to contact on many phone numbers but with no response.

I enquired with some agents and they told me that passport office didn't received signed copy by S.P. Indore. I checked at SP Office and they informed me that they forwarded all the signed papers on 27/07/08 by dispatch number 8180.

Please help me as my mother have to come to Vienna in December for her medical treatment.

I am Yatish Shah, i had applied for a new passport(Passport file No : A013504(Bhopal)) before 5-6 months but till there is no progress, some varification documnent sent by you to "Thana-Waidhan", distt-Singrauli, for the verification but at that time i was not there so it was again returned to ur office, i reached there after one week but the Passport has been retuned to your office.
Sir currently i am working with Powertech Automation-Indore, as a Design Engineer, i have need for passport within next 6-month.
kindly chek my documents and complete the processing as requrid, please inform me about the status either by mail or as per your convenience.

sir i recived a letter from your office regarding the objection of police verification.
in that context i had already submitted the employer certificate which put forward my clarification against your letter.
the letter was submitted on 14/01/ 2009 at bhopal office. and at that time officer was agreed and confirms that now all documents are available and there is no objection any more .
but since 14 jan 2009 the status of my application is as it is.i have checked the latest update on 21/01/2009 on your website.
iam sure you will take prompt action and inform to me about my passport status.

I submitted my passport application on 4th March 2009, still now I did not receive any thing from the Dept.

I had applied for my Passport on dt. 05/11/08 with file Ref no. BPLZ228418. My police verification has been already completed & sent to your bhopal office on dt.23/02/08. I couldn't receive my Passport till now even on your website it is showing as Police Verification has not been received by you while i have confirmed with police station Morena that they had sent the same to you on 23/02/09.
Please look into the matter & send me my passport . If there is some pending then update your record
& tell me the reason for pending .
