[Resolved]  Passport Office - Bhopal, Mp — Passport getting delayed for 3 months!

Iwas Applied for a Passport but till now i ve not received my Passport pls tell me the solution for the same

i applied for passport in the year dec 2007 but still i do not get passport. i have enquired many times through mail but no body reply me, even i have made contact through letter.
sir, my police verification was held at dec-2007, and it is ok, i shaw in your website. i have argent requirement of passport because i have got opportunity to go abroad but i havent passport but i applied for passport last 1 months ago. sir please help me otherwise i will lost my great opportunity.

i had applied for the passport in the 28th of Sept'07.on checking the status they said to provide three personal particular forms with permanent address, i provided them with 3 personal particular along with copy of address proof but still the r not issuing the passport.The guys who applied along with me with almost the same content have got it. and there are lot many people who r having the same problem in my hostel at IIITM, Gwalior.pls look into the matter.

I am chetan garg.i applied for a passport in june 2007 and my police verification has been completed in october 07, and file has dispatched in 18 october 07,but still status is showing verification is incomplete,and still i didn't received a passport.
When i met bhopal passport officer in december07 ,he told me that within 30 days u will get passport.I sent many mails to him but no reply came from there.can u help me .

I had applied for passport on[protected],i have already finished police enquiry one month back and reports are found ok.
Again after 3 days they called me at collector office at Betul,
since at that time i was not at home,after 2 days i was present there.
Everthing is found ok at that time,they told me that we would send correct reports.

But,today i saw in internet that reports are not correct,which states "you are not residing at the present address and i have
asked for reverification".
Sir,Please clarify me why this happen to me only,just because my name Farid Khan.
If this is the reason then please mention that muslims are not allowed for passport application.
Sorry to say but i said what i feel.
I don't need nay passport.

1. In status Report i am getting following message but i already submitted my document.
Please furnish attested copy of proof of your current residential address i.e. Election Commission Identity Card/Ration Card/Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill/Bank Passbook (all pages)/service certificate from your employer etc. which should be in your name or your spouse's name or in the name of your parents(if you are dependent on them).

2. All document is mandatory or anything ?
3. Can i send Pan card copy? that is enough or not ?
4. After Sending Document when i'll get Passport within a week ?
