Passport Office Bhubaneswar — Non Receipt Of Passport | |||
Dear Sir, I had applied for my passport on[protected], File Reference No: BHU-A[protected], Name: BISWAJIT LENKA. But till date I have not got it cleared and delivered to me. Whenever I checked the web site to know the status, always I find the same status "Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined". I had been to two local police stations Purighat Police station & Badambadi Police station to inquire about it. At both the places, I got to know that they have sent their reports before 29 February 2012. I had called the mobile no [protected] printed on fees receipt for at least 6 times but nobody had received the calls. I sent massages to that number but every time it were undelivered. On 28 Jun 2012, I sent a mail to Grievance Cell. But astonishingly, it was also failed with a remark "it was rejected by the recipient domain". At this point I am in a confused state to proceed. Hence I request your judicious self to kindly take the matter with appropriate forum to despatch the passport at the earliest. Dear Sir,
This is with reference to the documents i have submitted to HDFC Bank for Credit card requisition.It has been 25 days since then. I havn't received any confirmation call from your end. I have called your customer service N no. of times for the same, but no one has really helped me on this. They are saying u have to reapply as we must have misplaced the documents. It is really shocking that how can a bank like HDFC be so irresponsible. Is this the service u r providing to ur customers. We submit our confidential & important documents to your representatives will a great level of trust. I want a solution ASAP.
Hope suitable action will be taken as soon as possible.

sir, ihad applied for passport in decembar 2007 under Tatkal scheme but status show that please submit the clearance of police case pending against you. In this regard it is submitted that i had already enclosed the required permission from the Hon'ble court vide which they have allowed me to have passport from the concerned authority. Therefore Irequest you to kindly look into the matterand issue the passport at earliest. It is lso submitted thatbeing govt employee, I have also enclose the permission from my office which alsi refer to the permission issued by the Hon'ble court.with regards
