[Resolved] Passport Office — Complain about not receiving the passport.

Dear Sir/ Madam I (Shashi Kant Singh, S/O- Birendra Singh; Village & Post- Majharia; Dist- Buxar) am pursuing MBA Rural Management form School of Rural Management, KIIT University Bhubaneswar. I applied for a new passport in Patna Passport Office on 10th December 2009. My Passport file no. is PAT A 134176. When the verification came in my police station that time I submitted all necessary document and coming back for proceeding my further study but still online status showing that Police Report Not Received. I don’t know where is the problem? Even I don’t know where is my document lying? It is difficult for me to going back to my native place and pushing my document. I applied the passport for my wife in Lucknow passport office on 2007. Now almost 3 year completed but couldn't get the passport. Many time I personally met to the PRO officer in Lucknow and asked him anything is pending from my side or not. that guy replied nothing is pending, you will get police inquiry soon in Allahabad.
But till now there is no progress. I am not sure how to follow up this . I am really screwed up the service given by Lucknow office.

Please any body help me in this regard, I will be really thankful to you.
