[Resolved] Passport Office Chandigarh — didn't receive passport | |
Respected sir/madam I have applied for a passport and sent the required form dully filled alongwith old passport (Passport no. V550014) and draft of Rs.1000 (Drarft no. 341921 by SBOP bank, Bathinda) for the issue of new passport. I have sent the documents by post (speed post no. EE[protected]IN) on 28/03/07. Its been 21 months i HAVEN"T RECIEVED my FILE NO. yet. Please look into this matter and kindly do the needful from your end and oblige. Awaiting for a favourable reply from your end. Thanks. This is regarding passport delay concern.I have applied for indian passport on dt.14/08/07 in chandigarh regional office, but have not received passport till date 15/01/09. My file referance no. is A053315 dt.14/08/07.Please help me to privide my passport as soon as possible. I shall very thankful to you for this.

ITS BEEN 15 MONTHS I HAVEN'T RECIEVED MY PASSPORT, AND ALSO THERE IS NO STATUS DISPLAYED ON THE SITE, KINDLY LET ME KNOW WHT IS MY PASSPORT'S STATUS, I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL RECIEVE MY PASSPORT WITHIN 2 MONTHS BUT I HAVEN'T RECIEVED IT TILL NOW, KINDLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS IT IS ALREADY TOO LATE.
I HAVE APPLIED A NEW PASSPORT HAVING FILE NO; AS JALZ[protected] AT SUVIDHA CENTER KAPURTHALA, 27-01-08 I HAVE GOT MY POLICE ENQUARY, THEN AFTER IT WOULD SENT TO THE JALANDHAR PASSPORT OFFICE AT THE MONTH OF JULY, BUT AFTER THEN I HAVENOT RECIEVED MY PASSPORT TILL NOW AFTER 7 MONTHS AFTER SENDING THE FILE TO JALANDHAR PASSPORT OFFICE.

A relative of mine had applied for a new passport with File ref no: CHD-A021265 application date 27-3-08. Applicants Name: Nirmaljeet Kaur, DOB :09-03-86.
Status shows that according to this office record you had applied for or obtained passport earlier please explain why you did not disclose this fact in your present passport application and furnish details of the application and the passport application. Also surrender the old passport immediately. This is to inform you that she had applied for a passport earlier but she never received the passport. This wasn't disclosed in the new application because she didn't knew about it and she had no file ref. no. She visited your office on 07-10-10 and was told to submit an affidavit regarding the above matter. On 07-10-10 she submitted the required affidavit in your office and a photo copy of ref no. wa also attached to it. Please inquire into the matter and reply early as possible.

I have applied for passport. my fine no. Z663297 on dated 21.09.2010, key no is [protected]. I have a query letter from passport office chandigarh ref. no. CHDZ[protected] DATED[protected] regarding grant of passport facilities. I personally went to passport office chandigarh on dated[protected] and replied the queries along with documentary proof, and the officer told me that (counter no. 9) passport will be send to you within 15-20 days. But passport is not sent to me till date though 40 days are passed. Please look into the matter and send the passport to me as early as possible.
