Passport Office Chandigarh — Not forwarding my case to the concern office | |
Sir this is to inform you that I have been waiting for my passport since last two years still there is no hope. I have send mails to most of the concern offices including ministry of external affairs, but I very sorry to say that so reply was sent to me neither any action was taken. Please tell me what to do. NOT FORWARDING MY CASE TO CONCERN OFFICE. SIR, I am waiting my passport that i had sent for correction .the mistake was made at the time of renewal of passport, that is writing the wrong birthdate[at the place of 17oct, they fill 12oct.]MY APP. NO. is CHDR04244207 registered on 28 nov 2007. I had sent all that papers which they told me to sent . please tell me what to do now. Thankyou

My passport File No. MAS Z35809405 Dt:- 26/05/2005. I have applied for passport on 26/05/05. I haven't received the passport still and its more than 3 years now. I have dropped many letters and emails in this regards to chennai passport office several times, but still I haven't got any correct reply. I visited chennai passport office recently to enquire about the statues of my passport, they informed me that the file has been transfered to chandigarh passport office, as per my request at that point of time during my stay at Manali. But I have resigned the job and came back to my native place, Coimbatore, I am staying here from the last 1 ½ years in my own house.
Hence, i request to cancel my above application and confirm the same in writing so as to enable me to apply for a passport at Coimbatore passport office. In case if the cancellation is not permit table I request you to transfer the file to the passport office at coimbatore for issuing me the passport.
Kindly reply for the request.

Respected sir.i applied for duplicate passport in paris on 4 aug.08 but until now there is no response because they say my inquiry from R.P.O. chandigarh has not come.Now i have got chance to get papers in france.my name is Rupinder singh gill.date of birth 14, 11, 1975 at sidhwan bet. My old passport no. is B5682076 dileverd on 24:09;2001.sir pl.help me to get passport .thanking you.
