I had applied for paasport to Regional Passport Officer at Cahndigarh on 1 year ago with filoe no. F006326, but not yet got the passport. Please help

i karanvir bhalla applied for passport in MAY.
policy inquiry have been done on 5th july. but my passport not come to my house till now. i m very upset due to my passport because my lot of work are pending. i need my passport. i went so many time in my police station. they told me your inquiry for send in passport office.

I had applied for new passport at suvidha centre Patala on13.7.2007 and regd on 2408.2007 at chandigarh vide no
CHDZ15401107.I have not received passport till date.Took up the matter with concerned authorities with no outcome.Please help.

Ihad submitted my application at District level centre, Inderpreet on 14/01/2009vide File ID:CHD Z15017409, despached to RPO, . Status on internet shows " file reference No. is either wrong or information not available". Please expedite.
