i had applied for additional booklet on 8th april 09, my file number is X000233O9 My passport is valid till 20011 and had valid USA visa, The application was submitted after consulting RPO at window no 07,

while checking status on web site it shows:"police inquiry has not been received" where as this was discussed with RPO and he assured that for this case inquiry is not needed as passport is valid and has got valid visa, would appreciate if passport is delivered as soon as possible to enable me to join the vessel as the owner are waiting for my joining back,

i have applied to add my spouce name, add surname and change of address and provided all documents of proof like marriage certificate, husbands passport photocopies, and newspaper cutting
and one affidevit attested by notary. after one month police verification was done at my in law's place VPO Pitho, Teh Rampura phul, distt, Bathinda. everything was ok till the date i found that my passport was again issued at the old address ( parents address vpo, Mansuran, Distt Ludhiana), even without adding spouce name in my passport. i m so surprised to see all this when police enquiry was done at new address and i provided marriage certificate and husband's passport copies. i m getting too much late to file my application with the embessy. what can i do right now please advice me its very urgent. my passport file number is D000580 Dt.[protected]
