PASSPORT OFFICE — pursuit of passport

I have applied for the passport in dec-2010, but till I didnt get. My file number is:PNE-D016447.
I visited to passport office at Pune 3 times in last 3 months, but still same problem they told me. Last time they told me that your file was lost.
So what should I do for getting the same.

I had submitted my passport application form on 4Th Oct, 2011 at Ghaziabad Passport office. After few (15-20) days of submission of application form, I checked my passport status at Ghaziabad passport office website and fount status as: "Police Report incomplete and The case is being examined". Police verification already done .
I have wrote so many time complaints at Ghaziabad office site, but no response. It still showing passport status is same as:"Police Report incomplete and The case is being examined"

Please help me in getting my passport.

This is w.r.t. my passport application no. GZBA07316011. Application for which was submitted on 28 Dec 2011 and police report was submitted there after. It's been around 3 month that the status of the passport page says: Police Report is clear a passport about to dispatched on 15 Feb 2011. today is 02 may 2011 but i still did not get my passport.

So i request you to kindly release my passport as soon as possible . i will be highly obliged. waiting for quick response.
