Passport Office Patna — Late in Passport receiving

I had applied for my mother passport at patna passport office on dated 22 april 09,My mother application number is A045961.Still Police verification has not done.When i enquired at ARRAH SP office they told that hhey had not received anything from Patna passport office.I am an NRI and working in ABU DHABI .i want to bring my mother at Abu dhabi. Please do something so that i can get my mother passport.

I have appiled for passsport on[protected], file no-A053064.I was informed on[protected] by your counter that i have to submitt birth certificate.In accordance, I have submitted atteested copy of birth certificate on[protected] in counter no 2.
Now i am checking passport status on net, but submission of birth certificate is not displayed and again a message of submitting abive certificate is displayed.So consider on my case immediately.

I am Chandraketu, I applied for passport on 01/07/09. from 15th of dec09 on net status showing that Passport will dispatched on 3rd Jan 10, on 5th of Feb 10 update that "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time"
but sill showing same status.
