[Resolved]  Passport Office Raipur — Cheating by passport office Raipur

Dear Sir,
I have applied for passport and sent duly filled application form through speed post on 21/11/08 . The application form was received at passport office Raipur on 24/11/08. I have enclosed following documents with my passport application form
1- DD of Rs.1500 .
2- Matriculation Certificate in original and two self attested photocopies .
3- Bank passbook original and two self attested photocopies.
4- Pan card original and two self attested photocopies
5- Ration card original and two self attested photocopies.
6- Two self attested photocopies of XII pass certificate.
I made the phone calls to passport office Raipur for inquiring about my application and got no reply for several days .On 18/12/08 the Passport officer Amar Jinus Lakra himself replied my telephone call and told me that my passport application has been rejected because I have attached DD of excess amount i.e. Rs. 1500 . He told me that my application form with all documents has been sent back to me on 2/12/08 by post.
Sir, I am daily making the rounds of the post office as I have not got any documents till now after 22 day have already passed and it is clear that my documents are lost or deliberately destroyed by Passport Office Raipur. I have sent the DD of Rs. 1500 because it is the fee required for the passport containing 60 pages and it is surprising that they made the basis of it for the rejection of my passport application . I am now facing two punishment for not committing any mistake i.e. first I have lost all my original certificate and second loss of Rs. 1500 and rejection of application form without any reason. I am facing mental trauma because of the loss of my original documents and cheating by Passport Office Raipur.
Sir, I am praying before you that kindly help me so that I can get at least my lost original certificates and I am really very scared to apply for passport again.
