Passport Reissue — Non receipt of passport

Hello Sir,

When i checked my passport port status, I comes to know that the same has been dispatched on 11th of January, 2010 vide postal registration No.8649.

So far i couldn't received the same.

Could you please look into this issue at the earlist.
