[Resolved]  Passport Status Enquiry — No passport received

good evening sir, i hd applied my passport 2 months before..den i hd a police verifucation..aftr 2-3 days f police verification...i went for passport staus enquiry..in dat it was written dat police verification cleared and passport wil dispatch on 7th december..wen i again check for the status enquiry aftr 7th december in dat it was written please furnish ur attested copies of current resedential adress like elec. bill nt less than 1yr wich comes wid d name of my mothers name...so wid dat document i furnished my 1 copy of my bank passbook wich include my current resedential address wich match wid the electricity bill ..dis documents i submited on 23-12-09..bt still dere is same problem.sp please i request u 2 help me out as early as possible because i want pasport atr 2 months...or tel them(passport authority) about the prblem...plz..i will b waitin for ur mail...

i have applied for passport in jan 2009 it was despatch in april near april 20 but due to some circumstances i could not get it i sumited my id proof and add proff at many times but there are no response from other side till i don't know where is my passport . pls despatched it again or take require action as soon as possible

i applied for passport and i received my passport also but there is a mistalke in father's name so i again deposit my passport to the kolkata passport office for corrections till date i haven't received my passport . complaine file no. is MO16493 and the key no. is [protected] . so i kindly request u to look into this matter as soon as possible .
