i had made a police complaint also against ritesh patel. soon he is in trouble.

People please come forward instead of just filling complaints on forums. I salute N.K.kaushik (Naveen) who did something against this fraud company. Man like Ritesh deserve no Mercy. People lives in Ahmedabad please come forward and meet some place and plan how to file complaint in legal way so every one can get justice and their hard earning money back. This is not about money only now. How can we let Ritesh just go away with our money by making us so (because lack of strong word) fool. I want people share their information here so, people from same city file fraudulent complaint at least at local police station.

People please come forward for strong action against Ritesh. Together we can do much more than individual. I salute N.K Kaushik who did something. Please share your information who lives in Ahmedabad So, We can meet and plan what to do. Man like Ritesh deserve no mercy. How can you just let him walk away with your hard working money? Fraud case against Patel Infosoft will in local police station will make difference. I am sure that man like N.K kaushik will guide us to put man like Ritesh behind the bar.

Cheating Methodology using by Ritesh is beyond the imagination. Ritesh should open shop like "Learn How to cheat". He is compulsive lier. Every word he says is lie. I wonder how come this kind of cheater survive for 4.6 years long? Why people never took strong action against him yet? How come he made crore of rupees by stealing from innocent people. Wake up people.. Wake up.. This is not about money only. Guy like Ritesh proved that " Tum log kuch nahi kar sakte. Mai tumhaare khun pasine ki kamai khata rahunga aur aap chup chaap mere account mai rupiye daal kar chale jaaoge."

What do you think what he do with your work proved by him wrong? He sell our work in lacs of rupees in international market. So he make money from both sides. He takes money from people which he called registration fees and lacs of rupees from his client side.

I am delighted to know that you could take strong actoin against the cheaters and criminals. I would like to share another fraud case happened with me. Details of the case are given below. I would request you to kindly advise me and help me out to recover the money from this cheater in Kolkata.

I have been chasing the builder/developer, Mr. Santanu Bhaduri, who stays at 'Swagatam Aptt.', 220, M. G. Road, P.S. Haridevpur, Kolkata 700082, ( Ph. No. [protected] / [protected]) for the last 10 months for refund of my advance amount of Rs. 7.0 lacs paid to him towards booking of one flat under construction at 4/A, Harisabha Road, Barrackpore, P.S. Titagarh, Kolkata 700122. The developer could not deliver the flat within its agreed delivery time of December'12 nor he is in a position to complete the construction of the building as the construction of the building has been stopped by the order of court for a litigation on land issue for more than six months. After a lot of persuasion with the builder, I could manage to get 4 cheques totalling of Rs. 7.0 lacs, out of which only one cheque of Rs. 1.0 lac got cleared from his bank SBI, Kabardanga branch, Kolkata, leaving the balance cheques dishonoured due to 'Insufficient fund' in the bank account. I have already lodged a complaint at Haridevpur Police Station, Kolkata and Dy. Commissioner of Police (South West Divn.), Kolkata in the month of June'13 and also filed a suit against him at Alipore Police Court, Kolkata for the bounced cheques. Request, please suggest me a suitable action to be taken for early recovery of my hard earned money as I am facing a tremendous financial loss and mental harassment due to this delay in recovering the money from this cheater. Hope you will extend your all out help and raise your voice against this cheater so that no other person is cheated and suffered like me by this type of criminals. I submitted 3000 rs for RITESH PATEL for cv data mining project but in response i got 700 cv for a week after completion of these work, i mailed them again and again and no response from their side not even get payment for that work also. So I want my money back. Please do something for this fake organisation.
