This Pattammal Gas Agency, West Tambaram seems to be very lazy guys. They are not doing their work properly. Due to this, customers are suffering a lot. They are not taking initiative to deliver the cylinders on door delivery. The customers who are in East Tambaram, all the way they go to the agency and pick-up their cyclinders. It's not the right way to treat the customers to be an service oriented agency.

My consumer no:42923(pattammal gas agency)
I have booked gas refill thru online on 06jul11 and they have registered and given the booking ref no: as 258357(sms recd from 544112), on 11jul11 they have sent sms from 544112 that, cash memo was generated as 8537 against my booking 258357 with message showing that, it will be delivered shortly.Today 16jul11 3.37 pm a sms recd from 544112 that, they have cancelled my booking.I get shocked and make a call to the phone no:22266691 of pattammal gas agency and asked the receptionist why they have cancelled but, no proper reason was given by them, they simply said refill again and they will enquiry the delivery boy and will be deliverying the gas on monday 18JUL11 . We are available at our home 24 hrs, no delivery boys came with the gas but, without attending they simply cancel my booking bcas, of this type of bad services people like me living in tambaram area sufferring a lot.Now they asked me to refill again, I have booked and they have registered again, sms recd from 544112 as my booking no:264992, already ten days gone for my earlier booking get cancelled on 16jul11 and for this new booking no: 264992 today by 4.04 p.m, they should deliver properly to my home in the right time and date.Only GOD SHOULD MAKE THEM TO FEEL HOW PEOPLE GET SUFFERRED BCAS OF THEIR POOR SERVICES.
