i am R Gopinathan consumer no. 24850 booked for gas cylinder with your dealer Pattammal Gas Agency Mudichur Road,West Tambaram on 31.08.2010. but till date the delivary not taken place.
I have changed my address and i have submitted all the required letter and copies of documents for change of address.
Since they are not answering over phone 22266691, I am visiting directly to your agency every day and they are telling that they have given gas delivery on 15.09.2010 and the same was returned due to change of address. My question is why we are giving change of address, before returning the cylinder they have to supply the gas cylinder to our new address (the present house is just opposite to the old house).
Again I requested them to deliver the cylinder to our new address but they are telling me that now I have to book again fresh and it will deliver after 15 days. Now I have booked again on 16.09.2010
Normally 21 days after delivering a cylinder only we are going and booking the second cylinder and it is coming after 15 days time.

Pattammal Gas agency — Gas cylinder not delivered even 4 days after billing
We are owning Indian oil gas cylinder from Pattamal gas agency, west Tambaram.We are residing at in ganapathy colony. We are getting gas cylinder after 21 days of booking. Further the person delivering the cylinder takes 4 days to deliver. Each time it takes 1 month time to get cylinder.
I am 80 year old pensioner. Each time I keep calling him and pushing for the cylinder. But no one take response. It is around 8 km from our location. Each time it is difficult for us to go to their office and see the status.
This problem exists in our entire colony. Kindly request higher officials to look into this problem and take necessary action to rectify it.
