Paytm.com — fraudulent recharge

i have recharged through paytm.com with my axis debit card for rs.300 for my airtel dth connection for rs.300 and it is debited from my account but it s not credited with my airtel dth account and my connection got cut this s a frauduleant act of paytm.com and i m not able to get the customer care number of paytm.com kindly help me
