[Resolved]  Paytm.com — BSNL Recharge Failure

ref no[protected] for recharge of Rs/ 200 Fm [protected] on 29.7.2011 at 10:54:19 AM hrs vide order no 3039270 failed. till date amount is not credited to my mob no [protected].kindly register my complaint & do needful to redress my grievance.

I Requested to recharge my mob no [protected] vide order no 3039270 for Rs/- 200/ Fm Pay TM.com on 29.7.2011 FM [protected] at 10;54;19 AM HRS. ref no [protected].kindly redress my grievance.
I wanted to recharge my BSNL Mobile No.[protected] through SBI Net banking on 27th June 2011
by Rs.200/-, though the amount has been debited from my account but my mobile recharge not yet done. I have no confidence on your arrangement. Please try to refund the money.

Amount of Rs.200 has been refunded to your Paytm Cash balance. The Paytm Cash can be used for your next recharge or any other order at Paytm.com.

You always have the option to transfer Paytm Cash to same credit card or bank account, just visit the "Order Status" page and click on Initiate Transfer.

Spl Recharge not done even after making payment
Today on 29 june i had made a recharge of RS 500 on my bsnl m.no - [protected] but recharge has not been done and the amount has been debited .
my order no is 41499173, when i gone to query through paytm account then they have given the statement recharge done sucessfully and payment has been recived. and also payment balance is not showing in paytm cash accout so you are kindly requested to go through my complain and solve this problem
