[Resolved] Paytm — No refund received against unsuccessful online recharge | |||
I tried to recharge my Tata photon plus from paytm website and one of the amount listed to recharge was of Rs. 999. I selected that and submitted all details of credit card but recharge was unsuccessful. I had read similar complaints for this site some time back but I thought to try it once and sadly I also experienced the similar fate. Money was deducted from my account and now paytm says that it takes around 21 days to refund to my bank account. This is rubbish, I have been using many sites for online shopping and it never took more than 3 to 4 days for any refund in case of similar unsuccessful transaction. In addition to this they do not have any customer care number on which we can call and check. I do not know the way forward, how to get my money back. There is one option of going to consumer court against this site, any other suggestion? Was this information helpful? | |||
